Dogs for Development CIC (a not-for-profit organisation) promotes positive group and 1:1 Canine Assisted Therapy for vulnerable children and adults, helping to develop: confidence, communication and social interaction skills. We are a dedicated team of fully qualified and accredited professionals.
VISION
To train and provide autism assistance dogs, at no charge, to autistic individuals of any age who will significantly benefit from such a partnership. Our dogs can enable their people to more easily access the world around them and to expand their horizons.
MISSION STATEMENT
To have a positive impact on the lives of autistic individuals and their families. Our overall aim is to empower autistic people to realise their individual potential, improve their access to their chosen communities, and to enhance their emotional and physical wellbeing.
